Training Faculty

Internship faculty are licensed psychologists and professionals who contribute to supervision, clinical training, didactic instruction, consultation, and professional development throughout the internship year. Faculty work collaboratively to support interns’ clinical growth, professional identity, and increasing independence.

Bryan Ray, Founder, CEO, Ph.D., BCBA

Dr. Ray received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. He completed his doctoral internship and postdoctoral training at the OU Health Sciences Center, specializing in pediatrics. Dr. Ray has served adults and children with intellectual disabilities since 2007. Dr. Ray and his wife, Allison, have three children and he is actively involved in youth athletics.

Eileen Parker, Director of Behavioral Health, Ph.D., Internship Training Director

Dr. Parker received her master’s degree in OU Community Counseling and her doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Oklahoma. She has more than 10 years of clinical training and experience and has specialized training in ADOS-2, PEERS, and early identification of autism in girls. Dr. Parker uses a family-centered, strengths-based, and child-led approach and wants families to feel understood and supported. She lives in Edmond with her partner and daughters and enjoys sand volleyball, museums, and audiobooks.

Meagan Bland, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist

Meagan Bland received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Portland and her master’s and doctorate from Pacific University. She completed her doctoral internship at the University of South Florida and her post-doctoral fellowship at Bay Area Neuropsychology in South Tampa. Meagan uses a family-centered, practical, and evidence-based approach and enjoys helping families feel heard, supported, and hopeful. She recently relocated from Florida and enjoys time with her chocolate lab, Fergus, sewing, and exploring Oklahoma City.

Colby Kipp, Ph.D.

Colby Kipp received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and both his master’s degree and doctorate from the University of South Carolina. He completed a pediatric psychology internship at OU Health Sciences Center, a post-doctoral fellowship at Peak Behavioral Health, and is TF-CBT certified. Dr. Kipp takes a family-centered, practical, and evidence-based approach and enjoys helping families find clarity and direction. He enjoys cooking, fishing, hiking, OU football, and cheering on the Thunder.

Hiba Cheema, Ph.D.

Dr. Cheema received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma and her master’s and doctorate in school psychology from Oklahoma State University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Cornerstone Behavioral Health and Pediatric Therapies, where she gained specialized experience in psychological evaluations and autism assessment. Dr. Cheema uses a collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based approach and wants families to feel heard and confident in the care they receive. She enjoys traveling, painting, swimming, and spending time outdoors.
