Sydney LaFleur, Chief ABA Officer, BCBA, MA, LBA
Sydney received her master’s degree in psychology with a concentration in applied behavior analysis from McNeese State University. She is a QBS Safety-Care Certified Trainer and has 12 years of experience supporting individuals and families. Sydney approaches her work in a compassionate, play-based, and evidence-based way, with a focus on improving quality of life and increasing independence for learners. She moved to Oklahoma City from Louisiana and enjoys traveling with her family and reading.
Verna Poe, Teen ABA Director, MA, BCBA, LBA
Verna received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has over 11 years of experience supporting individuals and families across clinic, school, home, and community settings. Verna uses evidence-based practices including ABA, RFT, and ACT to support adolescents and young adults with a focus on reducing challenging behaviors, building functional skills, and helping clients reach goals while creating an accepting environment. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, yoga, gardening, and being in nature.
Dilys Estrada, ABA Coordinator, RBT
Dilys has 15 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities through equine therapy and ABA therapy. She brings a trauma-informed, compassionate, play-based, and fun approach to her work. Dilys loves seeing client progress and helping families and individuals feel cared for, heard, seen, and valued. She enjoys camping, reading, traveling, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
Logan Branum, Clinic Director, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Logan received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Oklahoma and his master’s degree in behavior analysis from the University of Central Oklahoma. He has worked in ABA for over four years and has served as a Clinical Supervisor BCBA for over a year. Logan uses a collaborative and compassionate approach and enjoys seeing even small signs of progress in the clients he supports. He is an Oklahoma native and enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family.
Meredith Albin, RN, BCBA
Meredith started her career in the field of Nursing completing her BSN and working as a surgical nurse. She completed education to become a BCBA from the University of North Texas and begin working with children with developmental disabilities. Meredith continued her behavioral education receiving her Masters of Education and BCBA in 2019. Meredith has served on the Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst Board (OLBAB) and is a proud graduate of Oklahoma Partners in Policymaking Disability Advocacy training. Meredith has 4 children and is active in the Lawton/Duncan community.
Lisa Branum, Clinic Director, MEd, BCBA, LBA
Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and her master’s degree in severe/profound education from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has been a BCBA for 12 years and is also a parent to a young man with autism. Lisa uses a family-focused approach and enjoys helping children access new environments, build skills, and have joyful, meaningful days. She enjoys going to OU athletic events and spending time with her family.
Christine Stephenson, ABA Clinic Director, BCBA
Christine received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology of outdoor and community recreation from UCO and her master’s degree in special education-applied behavioral analysis from Arizona State University. She is BLS, CPR, and Safety Care certified and has more than 5 years of experience. Christine uses an analytical, evidence-based, and fun approach and enjoys helping clients make progress across environments. She likes CrossFit, spending time outdoors, playing video games, and spending time with her husband and dog.
Leslie Williams, BCBA
Leslie received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Oklahoma and has worked in the field since 2012. She is an LBA-OK and has been a BCBA since 2018. Leslie uses a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led approach focused on supporting children with autism through direct therapy, supervision, and parent guidance. She enjoys reading, hot yoga, and family vacations.
Katelyn Garza, BCBA
Katelyn received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and her master’s degree from Arizona State University. She completed her internship at Peak before receiving her BCBA certification and has 5 years of experience. Katelyn uses a compassionate, client- and family-centered, evidence-based approach focused on behavior reduction and skill development. She enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and playing her guitars.
Sergio Flores, M.A., BCBA, LBA-OK
Sergio received his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma Christian University and his master’s degree from Arizona State University. He worked as an RBT from 2017 to 2021 and has been a BCBA since 2021. Sergio uses a collaborative, evidence-based, and compassionate approach and enjoys helping children gain independence and reach meaningful milestones. He enjoys cooking, golf, soccer, running, video games, and spending time with his family and pets.
