Laci Jones, B.A., Family Training Coordinator
Laci graduated from East Central University where she received her bachelor’s degree in counseling with a minor in social work. She has served adults and children with intellectual disabilities since 2008. Laci and her husband, Josh, have one child. Laci is an avid reader and enjoys attending her book club.
Garrett Haviland, Family Trainer
Garrett received bachelor’s degrees in psychology and communication from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. He has 19 years of experience and takes a strengths-based, compassionate approach to supporting individuals on their level. Garrett enjoys helping people build trust, confidence, and practical skills. He is a sports, movies, and video games fan and enjoys time with his bernedoodle and travel.
Tymalie Crawford, Family Trainer, LPC-C, MCMHC
Tymalie received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Oklahoma. She has 4.5 years of experience and brings a compassionate, practical, and strengths-focused approach to her work. Tymalie enjoys helping children and families build confidence, communication, and independence, and she hopes they feel supported and empowered. She loves OU athletics, Star Wars, reading, video games, and spending time with her two children and two cats.
Hannah Stahmer, Family Trainer
Hannah Stahmer received her bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University and has 6 years of experience in behavioral health, including 4 years as a family trainer. She brings a person-centered, collaborative approach with a focus on dignity and practical skill-building. Hannah enjoys helping clients and families feel safe and empowered. She loves nature, has 7 cats, and was a college swimmer from age 4 to 23.
Austin Foresee, Family Trainer, B.A.
Austin Foresee received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and completed additional training in mental health aspects of IDD care for mobile crisis responders. He has 13 years of experience in the field and brings a compassionate, evidence-based, and family-centered approach. Austin enjoys helping children and families build confidence and practical skills. He likes traveling and considers himself easy to talk to, kind, relaxed, and always willing to help.
Brent Simpson, LifeLines Facilitator, LPC
Brent Simpson received his master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and has 41 years of experience in the field. He uses a collaborative, strengths-based, and evidence-informed approach rooted in respect, curiosity, and genuine connection. Brent enjoys helping clients build practical tools for coping, communication, and self-awareness, and he values coordinated care across providers. He enjoys time with his family, his two dogs, and interests like sports, politics, and faith.
